Waterways in Kane County Utah

Fun Fact:  Lake Powell is Kane County's endless water wonderland. It offers some of the finest opportunities for water recreation in the world! 
The waters of man-made Lake Powell on the Colorado River form the county's eastern border, and most of the streams in Kane are part of the Colorado River system. 


Here are all the lakes in Kane County. They are located in southern Utah.

1. Aspen Mirror Lake is 30 miles east of Cedar City.
2. Big Lake
3. Cow Lake
4. Duck Lake
5. Flax Lakes
6. Hidden Lake
7. Johnson Lakes
8. Lake Powell is located 12 miles from Page Arizona.
9. LeVanger Lakes
10. McDonald Lake
11. Navajo Lake
12. Three Lakes


There are many Springs, many Rivers and many Creeks including Paria River, Escalante River, Bridge Creek,and Mineral Creek, also Nipple Springs. Most of the rivers in Kane County drain into The Colorado River!


The Two waterfalls in Kane,County are Cascade Falls, and The Falls.
Cascade Falls
Located in the Northwestern corner of Kane County Utah.
It comes out of a limestone cave.
